A user is defined as one personalized email address (you@yourcompany). Group email aliases such as sales@yourcompany and support@yourcompany are included in pricing and don’t count as additional users.
How do I buy and Pay ?
Get started with a free 14-day trial of Google Workspace or contact sales. After the trial ends, you can pay by credit card, or depending on the location of your business, you may also pay by direct debit or PayPal. You can also pre-pay by making a manual payment to your account. The credit will be automatically debited at the start of each month, instead of your primary form of payment being automatically charged.
What is the Payment Plan ?
We offer a flexible payment plan. You can add and delete users at anytime. You are billed monthly. For more information on pricing, contact sales or see the Google Workspace Help Center.
Can I get prices from multiple Google Partners ?
Yes. But make sure only one vendor approaches Google Sales Team for discounted prices, otherwise Google might refuse pricing as we do not want our partners to fight for the same client to avoid internal clash and competition among our partners. Always trust and approach one partner and share your details, be rest assured, Google sales team will review your account and will offer you the best price.
If I am not satisfied with a partner, can I change partner?
Yes, you can change if you are on flexible plan. If you are on commitment plan then you will have to wait until your commitment period is over.
